Ingredients

For the Frozen Yogurt Bites
  • 1 1/4 cups plain yogurt Greek yogurt works great for creaminess
  • 8 pieces strawberries, stems removed and finely diced Fresh is better, but frozen can work!
  • 15 pieces blueberries Or any other berries you adore
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted, unsweetened peanut butter For a lovely nutty flavor

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt with the peanut butter. Use a whisk or a spatula to stir until it’s completely smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Remove the stems from the strawberries and finely dice them. Lay the berries on a paper towel to dry them off slightly.
Assembling
  1. Distribute the diced strawberries and blueberries evenly into an ice cube tray or silicone molds.
  2. Gently pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit, filling each compartment of the tray to the top.
  3. Place the tray in the freezer and allow it to freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight until completely solid.
Serving
  1. To pop out the bites, run warm water over the bottom of the tray for 10-15 seconds, then gently push from the bottom.
  2. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Notes

Store your Frozen Yogurt Bites in an airtight container to prevent freezer burn. These bites can be made weeks in advance, making them perfect for meal prep.
