- Ensure your cream cheese is softened for a smooth texture.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy (about 1-2 minutes).
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and continue beating until fully incorporated (about 2 minutes).
- Gradually mix in the key lime juice, lime zest, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt; beat until smooth (another 1-2 minutes).
Chilling
- Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serving
- Before serving, sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs on top.
- Serve with dippers like fresh fruit or additional graham crackers.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days. This dip can also be made a day ahead for convenience. To thicken the dip, add more softened cream cheese for a denser consistency.
