Preparation
- In a small saucepan, combine the water, sugar, rosemary, and grated ginger. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves—about 2-3 minutes.
- Let the syrup sit on low heat for about 10 minutes to allow the herbs to infuse their flavors into the syrup.
Mixing the Spritzer
- In a large glass or pitcher, mix the white wine, freshly squeezed lemon juice, the additional grated ginger, and 3 teaspoons of the infused herbal syrup.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the wine mixture over the ice until the glass is about three-quarters full, then top off with club soda.
Serving
- Garnish with a sprig of thyme and enjoy your refreshing drink!

Choose quality ingredients for a better flavor. The herbal syrup can be made a day in advance.
