Preparation
- Start by cutting two thin squares out of the watermelon. It’s easier to handle without the rind, but it's up to you!
- On top of one watermelon piece, layer 3 slices of pickles evenly.
- Place 1 slice of Havarti cheese on top—feel free to break it into pieces if it’s too large.
- Drizzle on some hot honey followed by a nice drizzle of balsamic glaze.
- Lay down 3 fresh basil leaves over the cheese.
- Place the second square slice of watermelon on top.
- Slice in half if you’re feeling fancy and take a big bite.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh! If storing, keep components separate until ready to serve. Will last in the fridge for about 2-3 hours.
