  • 1/4 cup oat flour Or coconut flour for a grain-free version.
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal Optional; adds omega-3 fatty acids.
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric Optional; anti-inflammatory spice.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, pumpkin, egg, oat flour, and optional flaxseed meal. Mix well using your hands.
  3. Form Meatballs: Use a spoon or small cookie scoop to form 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
