Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar (or lime juice), honey (or brown sugar), sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
  2. Slowly add the coconut milk (or water) while whisking until your sauce reaches the desired consistency.
  3. Taste your sauce and add more lime juice for tang, honey for sweetness, or soy sauce for saltiness as needed.
  4. If you like your sauce with a kick, stir in the Sriracha or chili paste.
  5. Optional: Garnish with chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro before serving.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. You may need to stir it before using again.
