- In a mixing jug, combine Thai coffee powder and 3/4 cup of off-the-boil water. Let steep for about 5 minutes.
- While steeping, combine sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a mixing glass.
- Strain the steeped coffee into the mixing glass and stir well to dissolve the milk and sugar, adjusting for taste.
- Fill a 16 oz serving glass with ice and pour the coffee mixture over it.
- Drizzle 2-3 tablespoons of evaporated milk on top and stir gently before enjoying.
Notes
Adjust sweetness and creaminess based on personal preference. For a lower-fat version, consider using almond or oat milk instead of sweetened condensed milk.
