Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, coat the chicken wings thoroughly with BBQ sauce.
- Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Cooking
- Bake the wings for 40 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- While the wings bake, arrange your potato chips on a serving platter and place salsa and guacamole in separate bowls.
- Slice your carrots and celery into easy-to-dip sticks and arrange them on the platter.
- Once the wings are done, let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy wings, toss them in a little baking powder before adding BBQ sauce. Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Marinate the wings the night before for deeper flavor.
