- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet. Pat the wings dry with paper towels before seasoning.
- Lightly coat the wings with your choice of seasoning or marinade.
- Bake the wings for 40 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
- While the wings bake, wash and cut your celery and carrot sticks. Arrange them attractively on a platter.
- In small bowls, pour your ranch dressing, guacamole, and salsa.
- Once the wings are done baking, let them rest for 5 minutes before serving with all your sides and dips.
Notes
For best results, marinate the wings the night before. Leftover wings can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge. Reheat in the oven for optimal crispiness.
