- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for 6-8 minutes until no longer pink.
- Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water, stir and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer tortilla chips, followed by taco meat, drained black beans, and salsa.
- Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve hot, garnished with guacamole, sour cream, and cilantro.
