Ingredients

Buffalo Chicken Wings
  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings Look for fresh, free-range wings for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup Buffalo Sauce Homemade offers the freshest taste, but store-bought works well.
Vegetable Sticks
  • 1 bunch Celery Sticks Fresh and crunchy; ensure they're rinsed and dried.
  • 1 bunch Carrot Sticks Baby carrots are another convenient option.
Dips and Toppings
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing A creamy essential!
  • 1 bag Nacho Chips Choose sturdy chips to hold up under the toppings.
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese Freshly grated is best!
  • 1 lb Ground Beef Organic grass-fed beef preferred for rich flavor.
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning Homemade can elevate the flavor.
  • 1 cup Sour Cream A dollop adds a nice creamy finish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the chicken wings in buffalo sauce until evenly coated and place them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake the chicken wings for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. While the wings bake, rinse and cut your celery and carrot sticks into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Arrange the veggies on a serving platter.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary and stir in taco seasoning, adding a splash of water if needed.
  2. Arrange nacho chips on a baking sheet, spread cheddar cheese over the top, and bake for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Assembly
  1. On your serving platter, start layering: nachos in one corner, place buffalo wings next to the veggies, and add bowls of ranch dressing and sour cream.
  2. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Ensure the buffalo sauce is to your preferred level of heat. Leftover wings can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Consider providing different sauces for guests.
