  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips Thick, sturdy chips such as Tostitos or El Sabroso
  • 2 cups Cheese Melty cheese like Monterey Jack or cheddar, shredded for easier melting
  • 1 cup Fresh Toppings Jalapeños, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa (preferably homemade)
  • 2 pounds Chicken Wings Fresh wings from a local butcher or trusted grocery store
  • 1 cup Buffalo Sauce Frank's RedHot or homemade with butter and hot sauce
  • 1 cup Salsas Vibrant salsas made with fresh ingredients or mango salsa for a sweet twist
  • 1 cup Vegan Snacks Hummus, vegetables, and chickpea snacks
  • 1 bowl Popcorn Air-popped and seasoned to taste with spices
  • 1 each Pizzas Create personal pizzas with assorted toppings
  • 1 cup Chips Variety of chips like potato, pita, and corn chips
  • 2 cups Meats and Vegetables for Bowls/Skewers Chicken, bell peppers, and onions, marinated and grilled

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Layer tortilla chips in a baking dish, sprinkle cheese on top, and load up with fresh toppings like sliced jalapeños and diced tomatoes. Bake at 375°F for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and lightly browned.
  2. Toss your wings in buffalo sauce and bake at 400°F for 30-35 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
  3. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt for salsa. For mango salsa, add diced mangoes.
  4. Prepare a platter with assorted hummus, veggies, and pita chips.
  5. Pop corn kernels and season with your choice of spices.
  6. Roll out pizza dough and top with sauce, cheese, and assorted toppings. Bake as directed until golden.
  7. Alternate pieces of marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onions on skewers or layer cooked meat over rice or quinoa for bowls.

Notes

Storage: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat nachos on a baking sheet to regain crunch. Make dips and salsas a day in advance.
