- In a large bowl using a handheld mixer, beat the softened butter on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Mix in the strawberry extract and salt until just combined.
- Gradually add the confectioners sugar, mixing well after each addition to prevent a sugar cloud.
- Once all sugar is added, beat on high speed for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
- Gently fold in the strawberry marshmallow creme until fully incorporated.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Allow to come to room temperature before serving.
