  • 1 jar strawberry marshmallow creme (7.5 ounces) Fluff brand is recommended.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl using a handheld mixer, beat the softened butter on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  2. Mix in the strawberry extract and salt until just combined.
  3. Gradually add the confectioners sugar, mixing well after each addition to prevent a sugar cloud.
  4. Once all sugar is added, beat on high speed for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Gently fold in the strawberry marshmallow creme until fully incorporated.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Allow to come to room temperature before serving.
