- Pour the batter over the melted butter in the dish; do not stir. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the batter.
- Gently pour hot water over the top without stirring.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center is slightly gooey.
Serving

- Combine additional sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the top after baking.
