Cooking
- Place the seasoned pork in the crockpot.
- In another bowl, whisk together honey and balsamic vinegar until smooth. Pour this mixture over the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the pork is fork-tender.
Serving
- Serve over pasta, rice, or fluffy mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
Notes
To reheat, place the pork in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes or in an air fryer at 330°F for 10 minutes. Ensure it stays covered to retain moisture. DO NOT USE A MICROWAVE as it may compromise the texture and flavor of the pork.
