  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried herbs (thyme or rosemary)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar Ensure it is gluten-free if necessary.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper to create a fragrant rub.
  2. Rub the mixture all over the pork tenderloin, ensuring every inch is coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned pork in the crockpot.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together honey and balsamic vinegar until smooth. Pour this mixture over the pork.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the pork is fork-tender.
Serving
  1. Serve over pasta, rice, or fluffy mashed potatoes for a complete meal.

Notes

To reheat, place the pork in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes or in an air fryer at 330°F for 10 minutes. Ensure it stays covered to retain moisture. DO NOT USE A MICROWAVE as it may compromise the texture and flavor of the pork.
