For the Kabobs
  • 1 pound chicken breast Cut into cubes.
  • 1 bell pepper bell pepper Cut into squares.
  • 1 onion onion Cut into squares.
  • 1 zucchini zucchini Sliced.
  • skewers wooden or metal skewers Soak wooden skewers in water before grilling.

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until fully combined and aromatic.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes; the longer, the better!
Assembly and Grilling
  1. Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper, onion, and zucchini onto the skewers, alternating ingredients for visual appeal and flavor.
  2. Heat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
