- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, confectioners’ sugar, powdered milk, crushed hard caramels, and sea salt until evenly combined.
- Transfer the mix to an airtight jar or container.
Serving
- When ready to enjoy, stir 3 heaping tablespoons of the mix into ¾ cup of milk or hot water.
- Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months at room temperature or in the freezer for 12-18 months.
