Preparation
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, confectioners’ sugar, powdered milk, crushed hard caramels, and sea salt until evenly combined.
  2. Transfer the mix to an airtight jar or container.
Serving
  1. When ready to enjoy, stir 3 heaping tablespoons of the mix into ¾ cup of milk or hot water.
  2. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
