Ingredients
  

For the Treats
  • 200 g Chocolate (dark, milk, or white) High-quality for smooth melting.
  • 250 g Strawberries Fresh and sweet.
  • 100 g Marshmallows Regular or gourmet flavored.
  • 150 g Candy Hearts For decoration and color.
  • a few drops Food Coloring Optional for colorful drizzle.

Method
 

Melt the Chocolate
  1. Using a microwave or double boiler, melt the chocolate until smooth.
  2. For microwave: heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
  3. For double boiler: place over simmering water until melted.
Dip the Strawberries
  1. Dip each strawberry by the stem into the melted chocolate, swirling to coat.
  2. Let excess chocolate drip off and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Skewer Marshmallows
  1. Thread marshmallows onto skewers and dip into the melted chocolate.
  2. Tap off excess chocolate to ensure even coating.
Decorate with Food Coloring
  1. Drizzle food coloring over the chocolate-dipped treats before the chocolate sets.
Arrange on a Plate
  1. Place the treats on a serving platter and sprinkle candy hearts around for decoration.
  2. Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Consider adding extracts like vanilla or almond to the chocolate for added flavor.
