  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Substitute with fresh minced garlic (about 2 cloves) for extra flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper Kosher salt works best for seasoning.
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese Always use freshly grated for the best flavor.
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds Toast lightly for enhanced flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F).
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the frozen green beans evenly over the tray in a single layer.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the green beans and sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss them to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
Cooking
  1. Place the tray in the oven and roast for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  2. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with extra Parmesan and sesame seeds.
  3. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For a vegan option, omit the cheese or substitute with vegan cheese.
