  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped Fresh herbs elevate the drink; feel free to try mint or basil!
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger Fresh ginger enhances flavor over powdered options.
Spritzer Ingredients
  • 1 cup white wine (like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio) Choose a quality white wine for the best taste.

  • 1/4 cup club soda

  2. Let the syrup sit on low heat for about 10 minutes to infuse the flavors of the herbs.
Assembly
  1. In a large glass or pitcher, mix the white wine, lemon juice, and herbal syrup. Adjust ginger as per taste.
  2. Fill your glasses with ice cubes, pour the wine mixture over the ice until three-quarters full, and top off with club soda.
Garnishing
  1. Add a sprig of thyme on top and enjoy your refreshing drink.
