Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line an 8 by 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Pour melted butter over dry mixture and mix with a fork until crumbly.
- Press about 2/3 of the oat mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form a solid layer.
- Spread raspberry jam generously over the oat base.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble evenly over the top of the jam.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting.
