Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 2 large lemons) Use fresh, juicing lemons instead of bottled juice for the best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar You can swap this with honey or agave syrup for a healthier touch!
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries Opt for organic raspberries if possible—they're often plumper and tastier!
  • 1/2 cup water Feel free to adjust the water content depending on how concentrated you like your drink!
  • 3 cups ice cubes Using crushed ice will give a delightful slushy texture!
Garnishes
  • Lemon slices Add these for an elegant touch; they also make a perfect stirrer!
  • Frozen raspberries These not only look beautiful but help keep your drink cool!

Method

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries, and 1/2 cup of water. Puree until the mixture is smooth and the sugar is dissolved—this usually takes about 2 minutes.
  2. Add 3 cups of ice to the blender. Blend again until smooth, ensuring the mixture takes on a delightful, slushy consistency.
  3. Pour your stunning raspberry lemonade into glasses and garnish with luscious lemon slices and a few frozen raspberries for that extra flair.
  4. Take a quick sip! If it needs a little more sweetness, add more sugar, blend, and taste again.

Notes
