Preparation
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed.
- Cut in the butter until it resembles coarse crumbs, then mix in yogurt or milk until just combined.
- Lightly flour a surface and knead the dough for about a minute until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4-6 pieces and shape each into a ball, then flatten to about 1/4 inch thick.
Cooking
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Keep warm under a kitchen towel until serving.
