  1. Gather all your ingredients—ensuring your bananas are peeled and frozen, and your peanut butter is at room temperature.
  2. Place frozen bananas, whole milk, creamy peanut butter, and honey into your blender.
  3. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
  4. Serve immediately by pouring into glasses.

Notes

Store any leftover smoothie in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. It may separate, so give it a good shake before drinking. You can also freeze the smoothie in ice cube trays for future use.
