Preparation
- Fill a copper mug (or highball glass) with ice.
- Add 2 oz of tequila blanco over the ice.
- Squeeze in the juice from half a lime (approximately 1 tbsp).
- Slowly pour in 4 oz of ginger beer.
- Garnish with jalapeño slices and finish with lime wedges.
Notes
For a decorative touch, rim the glass with lime juice and dip it in salt beforehand. If you have leftovers, store them in the fridge for up to 2 hours.
