Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and freshly squeezed lime juice.
Mixing the Sauce
  1. In a separate bowl, mix together the salsa and ranch dressing until combined.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a heavy-bottomed skillet and sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes per side.
  2. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the salsa ranch mixture over the top.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
