Preparation
  1. Ensure your cream cheese is softened.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy (about 1-2 minutes).
  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk to the bowl and continue beating on medium speed until fully incorporated (about 2 minutes).
  4. Gradually mix in the key lime juice, lime zest, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, beating until smooth and evenly colored (another 1-2 minutes).
  5. Transfer the dip into a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top for crunch.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days. You can prepare the dip a night before an event to save time.
