- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into your blender.
- Pour in the cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), coconut milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend the mixture on high until smooth and creamy; this should take about 1-2 minutes.
- Stop and taste your pudding. Feel free to add more sweetener or cocoa based on your preference. Blend again until combined.
- Transfer your pudding into individual serving bowls or a single container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Top with fresh berries, a dollop of whipped coconut cream, or shaved dark chocolate before serving.
Notes
Over-blending can make the pudding too thin; stop when you achieve a creamy consistency. For the best flavor, use fresh ingredients.
