  • 4 pieces Hearty Buns (Brioche or ciabatta) Soft yet sturdy foundations.
  • 2 cups Cooked Pulled Pork Can substitute with shredded chicken or BBQ jackfruit/tofu.
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce Sweet Baby Ray's is recommended but use your favorite.
  • 2 cups Coleslaw You can buy pre-made or make homemade.
  • 1 cup Dill Pickles Bread-and-butter pickles add a touch of sweetness.

Preparation
  1. Heat the cooked meat in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  2. Toast the buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster until they’re golden brown.
Assembly
  1. Layer a generous amount of the heated meat on one slice of bread.
  2. Drizzle BBQ sauce over the meat, ensuring it soaks in just enough.
  3. Add a thick layer of coleslaw on top of the meat.
  4. Finish with dill pickles, placing them strategically.
  5. Top with the other slice of bread, slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

Choose quality ingredients for the best flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Prepare pulled pork and coleslaw in advance for convenience.
