- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until smooth. Set aside for later use.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cooking
- Add sliced kielbasa to the skillet and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes per side until lightly browned.
- Toss in the bell peppers, onion, and broccoli florets. Cook for approximately 5 to 7 minutes until the veggies are tender-crisp.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the kielbasa and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly. Let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
Notes
For added depth, sauté garlic in olive oil before adding kielbasa. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
