Ingredients
  

For the Butter Board
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened or salted if you prefer, just skip the sea salt
  • 1 pinch sea salt if using unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons apricot jam or your favorite jam!
  • 3 tablespoons cranberry jam or any red jam you love!
  • 1/4 cup crushed hazelnuts leave out if allergic
  • 1 tablespoon hot honey or regular honey for less spice
  • to taste fresh herbs thyme or rosemary for presentation
  • to taste pomegranate seeds for a festive touch
  • to taste fresh bread a crusty baguette or your favorite loaf to serve

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a serving or cutting board with parchment paper.
  2. Using a butter knife or spatula, smear the softened butter onto the parchment in a beautiful, generous layer.
  3. If you opted for unsalted butter, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt across the butter.
  4. Dollop the apricot and cranberry jams across the butter.
  5. Drizzle the hot honey all over the board.
  6. Scatter the crushed hazelnuts on top.
  7. Place sprigs of rosemary or thyme for decoration.
  8. Serve with a selection of fresh bread.
