- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chipotle powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and lime juice. Mix well until smooth.
Cooking
- Cook bacon slices until crispy. Keep warm in a low oven.
- In a bowl, mix ground chuck with salt and pepper. Form into 4 even patties with a slight indent in the center.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F). Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Add a slice of Havarti cheese in the last minute.
- Toast brioche buns on the grill for about 1 minute until golden brown.
Assembly
- Spread chipotle mayonnaise on each bun, then add the burger patty, crispy bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Cap it with the top bun.
