- In a medium bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, lemon zest, chives, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Using a small spoon or melon baller, portion the cheese mixture into eight equal balls, around one inch in diameter, and place on a parchment-lined tray.
Assembly
- Wrap each cheese ball with a slice of prosciutto, tucking the ends underneath.
- Arrange the wrapped bonbons on a serving plate and drizzle honey over them.
- Refrigerate the bonbons for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Top each bonbon with a few microgreens before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, let the bonbons sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
