Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breast generously with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Transfer the chicken to a cutting board, let it rest for a few moments, then slice thinly.
  4. In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Return the sliced chicken to the skillet and toss it in the garlic butter to coat.
  6. Lightly toast the sandwich buns until golden brown.
  7. Spread Caesar dressing on the cut sides of each bun. Layer with garlic butter chicken, chopped romaine, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Top with the bun halves.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes
