For the Veggies and Dips
  • 1 cup celery sticks Fresh celery lends a satisfying crunch.
  • 1 cup carrot sticks Slice them yourself for a fresh taste.
  • 1 cup ranch dressing Store-bought or homemade, Hidden Valley recommended.
For the Sliders
  • 12 mini sliders Build your sliders with choice of patties.
  • 1 cup pickles Sweet or dill pickles add a punch.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Prepare the nacho cheese by heating it in a saucepan on low heat, stirring regularly.
  3. Arrange tortilla chips on a large platter in a single layer.
  4. Cook chicken wings according to package instructions, usually baking or frying until crispy.
  5. Toss wings in buffalo sauce using a large bowl.
Serving
  1. Serve wings with celery and carrot sticks on the platter.
  2. Prepare sliders and let guests assemble with pickles.
  3. Set out ranch dressing and nacho cheese for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat chicken wings in the oven to maintain crispness. Avoid soggy chips by serving cheese on the side.
