Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced onions and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the marinated chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and juices run clear.
- Squeeze the halved lemons over the chicken while cooking to enhance flavor.
