Cooking
- Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir to coat thoroughly.
- Gradually pour in the beef broth, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Reduce heat and stir in sour cream until well combined. Allow to warm through but not boil.
- Return the beef to the skillet, allowing it to reheat gently.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
- Serve over egg noodles or creamy mashed potatoes, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
