Preparation
  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of each chicken breast.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, heavy cream, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, and optional red pepper flakes.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in your crockpot and pour the sauce over it.
  4. Scatter the chopped sun-dried tomatoes over the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours.
  2. In the last 30 minutes, add the butter, stirring gently.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
