Preparation
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of each chicken breast.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, heavy cream, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Place the seasoned chicken in your crockpot and pour the sauce over it.
- Scatter the chopped sun-dried tomatoes over the chicken.
Cooking
- Cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, add the butter, stirring gently.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
