Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the gnocchi with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until all of the gnocchi are well-coated.
Air Frying
- Add the seasoned gnocchi to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Set your air fryer to 400°F and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Serving
- Once golden and crispy, remove the gnocchi and serve immediately, optionally with your favorite dip or sauce.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 350°F.
