  • 1 piece cheese (for the star) Use a sharp cheddar or gouda for a contrasting color and flavor.

  1. Unwrap the cheese and place the three wheels of Boursin cheese on a large piece of saran wrap.
  2. Using clean hands, press the cheese together until smooth and cohesive (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Cover the cheese with saran wrap and shape it into a Christmas tree.
  4. Gently remove the saran wrap and place your shaped cheese tree onto a festive plate.
  5. Insert pitted olives one at a time into the cheese to resemble ornaments and arrange evenly.
  6. Use small pieces of rosemary to fill in the gaps between the olives.
  7. With a star cookie cutter, cut out a star shape from your chosen cheese and place it atop the cheese tree.
