Preparation and Blending

- Blend on high speed for about 1-2 minutes until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
Chill and Serve
- Transfer the mousse mixture to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until thickened.
- Divide the mousse into serving glasses or bowls, top with coconut whipped cream and fresh berries, and serve cold.
Notes
The mousse can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Flavors deepen over time.
