- In a serving bowl, layer the cottage cheese as the base.
- Add sliced, cooked breaded chicken breast on top of the cottage cheese.
- Spoon marinara sauce evenly over the chicken.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with chopped fresh basil.
- Serve immediately, or broil for 2 minutes to melt and bubble the cheese.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for optimal texture. Consider adding red pepper flakes for some heat before serving. You can prep ingredients a day in advance.
