Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare frozen fries according to package instructions, or if homemade, they will need about 30–35 minutes of roasting time.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Season 4 chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Add the chicken fillets to the skillet and cook for 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat slightly and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, then pour in the heavy cream, stirring as it comes to a simmer.
- Add in the grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Stir together and let it simmer for about 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken fillets to the skillet, spoon the creamy sauce over each one, and let it simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes to reheat the chicken.
Serving
- Serve your Chicken Fillet in Spicy Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce over fries, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Reheat gently in a skillet with a splash of cream. You can also cook the chicken and make the sauce ahead of time.
