Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Use high-quality heavy cream that is cold for best results.
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar Dissolves beautifully into the cream; look for organic brands for a cleaner option.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Use pure vanilla extract for the best flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup of cold heavy whipping cream, 1/4 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture on medium-high speed for about 2 minutes, or until soft peaks begin to form.
  3. Continue mixing until stiff peaks form, which should take another 1-2 minutes. Be careful not to overmix.
  4. Use your freshly whipped Chantilly Cream immediately, or store it in the fridge for short-term use.

Notes

Ensure cream is cold for optimal whipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
