Method
 

Preheat the Oven
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Make the Crust
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

Apple Layer

Bake
