Ingredients
  

Martini Ingredients
  • 8 ounces half & half can substitute with almond or coconut milk for lighter option
  • 2 ounces peppermint schnapps use Corey’s brand for best flavor
  • 2 ounces vanilla vodka choose a quality brand like Absolut Vanilia for smoother taste
  • 1 ounce agave syrup optional for sweetness; can be omitted
For the Glass Rims
  • extra agave syrup for glass rims to help crushed candy canes adhere

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crush two candy canes in a plastic bag or between sheets of plastic wrap using a rolling pin or meat mallet until fine.
  2. Spread the crushed candy canes on a plate and use agave syrup to rim each martini glass before covering with the crushed candy.
Mixing the Cocktail
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker half-full with ice, and add the chilled half & half, peppermint schnapps, vanilla vodka, and agave syrup (if using).
  2. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds until mixture is well combined and frothy.
Serving
  1. Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glasses.
  2. Garnish each drink with a candy cane hanging over the rim.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy the festive cheer!
