Preparation
- Crush two candy canes in a plastic bag or between sheets of plastic wrap using a rolling pin or meat mallet until fine.
- Spread the crushed candy canes on a plate and use agave syrup to rim each martini glass before covering with the crushed candy.
Mixing the Cocktail
- Fill a cocktail shaker half-full with ice, and add the chilled half & half, peppermint schnapps, vanilla vodka, and agave syrup (if using).
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds until mixture is well combined and frothy.
Serving
- Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glasses.
- Garnish each drink with a candy cane hanging over the rim.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the festive cheer!
Notes
Chill glassware beforehand for best results. Consider preparing ingredients in advance for smoother serving.
