- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter until it’s fully liquid but not browned.
- Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, constantly stirring until fragrant.
- Mix in the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne (if using), onion powder, salt, and black pepper, stirring continuously for about 30 seconds.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Allow to simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, taste, and adjust seasoning as desired.
Serving
- Drizzle generously over seafood, steak, pasta, or use it as a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
