  • 1 package 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature Using high-quality cream cheese like Philadelphia ensures a rich taste. Let it sit out for about 30 minutes to soften.
  • 1 jar 7 ounces marshmallow fluff A must-have for that special sweetness! Check for allergens if needed.
  • 4 ounces cool whip or homemade whipped topping If you’re feeling ambitious, whip your own cream! Just make sure it’s nice and fluffy.
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar Brown sugar adds a deeper sweetness; light or dark will work just fine!
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips I love using semi-sweet chips, but feel free to mix it up with milk or dark chocolate chips!

  • to taste Animal crackers, for dipping You can also use graham crackers, pretzels, or even fresh fruits for a healthier option!

Preparation
  1. Ensure your cream cheese is at room temperature and measure out all your ingredients.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and marshmallow fluff. Use a hand mixer on medium speed and mix until the mixture is light and fluffy — about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Gently fold in the cool whip until fully incorporated.
  4. Mix in the brown sugar and continue mixing until combined.
  5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips gently.
  6. Transfer your Booty Dip into a serving bowl and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to chill slightly.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Prepare Booty Dip a day in advance; it just gets better as it sits. Taste and adjust the sweetness as needed.
