Preparation
- Add the milk, blueberries, honey, and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth, around 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Transfer the mixture into two half-pint jars and stir 2 tablespoons of chia seeds into each jar.
- Cover the jars and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight to set.
- Before serving, top the pudding with additional blueberries and granola or other toppings of your choice.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days. If too thick, add a splash more milk to reach desired consistency.
