  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Preferably Japanese mayo for a slightly sweeter flavor
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce Look for a high-quality brand for more authentic flavor
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce Add more for extra spice!
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Freshly squeezed for the best flavor
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced The fresher, the better
  • to taste salt and pepper Sea salt recommended for a little crunch
  • for garnish chopped green onions This brings a fresh, colorful touch to your dish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and minced garlic.
  3. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the sauce mixture over the salmon fillets generously.
  5. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Don't overcook the salmon to avoid dryness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
